When you make an appointment or attempt to make an appointment through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including appointment date & time, treatment, beauty therapist, price and discount code. We refer to this information as “Appointment Information”.

Order Information

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including order date, order items, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal details). We refer to this information as “Order Information”.

Engagement Information

There are a variety of ways you may choose to engage with us, such as leaving product reviews, making comments on our blog, uploading your photos, and responding to our surveys. We collect the data you submit through the forms and also your IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection. We refer to this information as “Engagement Information”.

If you upload any media, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included, as any visitor to the Site can download and extract any location data from the media files that you have uploaded on the Site.

How do we use your Personal Information

Device Information

We create an anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) and pass it to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment/review.

Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.

Data Retention

We will not retain your Device information beyond 1 year period from the day the information was collected.

If you are registered on the Site, we also store your User Profile Information indefinitely for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

Similarly, if you have booked appointments on the Site, We will maintain your Appointment Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

If you have placed orders on the Site, We will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.

If you have engaged with us for example, left comments or reviews or uploaded media, they and their metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so that we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

Do Not Track

Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles on the Site may include embedded content (e.g. videos, images, articles, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if you have visited the other website.
