How it works?
- Collect a Loyalty Card from our Salon
- Every £10 of your spending on any treatment makes you eligible for a Stamp on your Card. It is subject to a maximum of 10 Stamps per Salon visit.
- On your subsequent visits, present the Loyalty Card to collect more Stamps.
- Once you have collected ten stamps on your Loyalty Card, you can claim your reward on the next visit.
- For every ten Stamps, you get a £5 Voucher which you can use towards any of the treatments.
- Finally, once you have claimed reward on a Loyalty Card, don’t forget to collect a new Card to continue to enjoy the benefits of our Loyalty Scheme.
What happens If the Card is lost?
Please treat your Loyalty Card as cash. Unfortunately, if you lose your Loyalty Card, you cannot redeem your previously accrued Stamps. However, we will be more than happy to issue you a new Card to collect Stamps on your future treatments.

Full Terms and Conditions
- You must be 16 or above to participate in “The Luxe Studio Loyalty Card” Scheme.
- Only one Loyalty Card is issued per client, and only that client can make use of that Card. It cannot be shared among two or more people.
- Once a Loyalty Card is completed or expired, the client is eligible for a new Loyalty Card.
- Only the client whose name the card is issued on can redeem the Loyalty Card, and it cannot be transferred or gifted to any other individual.
- For each £10 spent on treatments, you can collect one Stamp as your Reward, up to a maximum of 10 Stamps per Salon Visit.
- Every Loyalty Card can accrue ten Stamps. If you accumulate more Stamps on a visit than the spaces available on the Card, you would be issued a new Card. The remaining Stamps can be collected on a new Card. However, the reward on the Loyalty Card with ten Stamps can only be redeemed on the next visit.
- It will be the client’s sole responsibility to get their Loyalty Card stamped after every treatment before leaving the premises. The Luxe Studio cannot be held liable if any of the Stamps are missed.
- Rewards cannot be earned on Retail Products and Gift Vouchers.
- Rewards cannot be earned on Groupon or Wowcher deals.
- Rewards can only be earned on payments made by Cash, Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfers and Gift Cards.
- Rewards cannot be earned on payments made by Complimentary Vouchers and Reward Vouchers.
- Once a Loyalty Card accumulates ten Stamps, it becomes a £5 Reward Voucher which can be redeemed on your next visit.
- The Reward Voucher can only be used for any treatments.
- The Reward Voucher cannot be used to pay for Retail Products and Gift Vouchers.
- The Reward Voucher cannot be used with Groupon or Wowcher deals.
- The Rewards Voucher cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable and non-transferrable.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Loyalty Card
- The Luxe Studio Ltd does not accept liability for lost, stolen or damaged Loyalty Cards.
- New Loyalty Card could be issued at the client’s request if the Card was lost, stolen or damaged.
- A Loyalty Card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- All Rewards accrued on Loyalty Card must be redeemed before the Loyalty Card expires.
- The Reward Voucher on a Loyalty Card expires at the same time as the Card.
- The Loyalty Card is issued by The Luxe Studio Ltd and remains its property. The Luxe Studio reserves the right to withdraw it at any time.
- The Luxe Studio, at its discretion, can refuse, withdraw, or remove the Loyalty Card/Scheme as it deems fit to them.
- The Luxe studio has the right to terminate or amend this Scheme at any time without any liability with or without any prior notice to the “Loyalty Card Scheme holders” individually. However, The Luxe Studio may notify the clients through their website and social media platforms and the notification published in their Salon.
- By participating in the Loyalty Card Scheme, the client agrees to all Terms and conditions specified above and all changes as deemed fit by “The Luxe Studio.”
- Decision taken by “The Luxe Studio” regarding the Loyalty Card Scheme will be final.
